Process
Digital Take Offs - send us your blueprints and we'll get to work creating digital takeoffs of your project. From there, we can work on any number of scenarios and phases, quickly and easily changing products and services on a room by room, or even a wall by wall basis.
Site Visits - we certainly don't attempt to floor your space from the comfort of our desks. With hardhats and vests at the ready, we're prepared to visit your work sites and be hands on to make sure the flooring portion of your projects goes as smoothly as possible. In addition to gathering first-hand knowledge of the project's nuances, we find this helps us improve our relationships with other trades that may be working at the site.
Professional Installation - commercial jobs are very different than residential installations. We're prepared to handle:
- Modular office systems
- After-hour installations
- Commercial safety compliance
- Material storage and staging (onsite and off)
- Long-distance multi-day installations (away from our Chicago hubs)
Communication - with you, project managers, other stakeholders, other trades, and the users of the space so they know how this project will impact their lives or workflow.
